DATA ASSESSING & COMPILING OFFICER

Primary Objectives:
Reporting to the Manager National Call Centre, this position is responsible to provide and ensure that PPL’s data of assessment, recording and reporting systems are verified and maintaining customer complaints assessment, ensuring Customer Services’ functions are carried out in an efficient and effective manner and that they complement the organisation’s financial business initiatives and general objectives. This includes;
Qualifications
The position holder is expected to hold at least a Certificate or Diploma level business qualification that covers Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or Information Technology.

Minimum Experience
The applicant must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in a similar position and should have sufficient experience in the following areas:
Complaints database Interface
Compiling & Compliance
Information Security
Data Management & Reporting
Addressing customer complaints in a professional manner
Critical Skill & Attributes Requirements
Strong analytical abilities

Excellent Communication skills
A proven team player, who is able to motivate others, has integrity, accepts responsibility and is accountable for performance & results.
Must be flexible, champion team player, adaptable to change, enthusiastic self-starter, and eager to quickly assimilate new concepts and ideas.
