Honourable Sir Julius Chan, GCL, GCMG, KBE, PC and Governor, New Ireland Province and Former Prime Minister Lady Stella Chan, Vanessa, Byron, Mark and Toea and your extended family Thank you for giving us the opportunity to pay our respects to this Great Leader of our country and our people.   Sir Julius as known to all of us, was a man amongst men. A leader of leaders and a statesman who dedicated his entire adult life contributing enormously to nation building.   As one of the founding fathers, Sir Julius served his country and people well. A service to his community and his stance on good governance are his public legacy. Brothers, Education must come first. Ol meri igat haus stap pinis. Someone is working hard for them. Yumi ol man nogat. 

Tomorrow someone will send their hardly raised daughter to you to meet all her needs. 

Yumi kam lo hauslain where contribution lo heavy is part of our culture. 

Bai yumi ino contributim rugby ball. Whether we like it or not, we will contribute money to protect our integrity and family reputation.

Unless you find your way out just like others !! But even you play out of the country and your form drops or get injured,  bai you come back na  stap unemployed. 

This is PNG. 

Unless government do something for our Sports man/woman who represents PNG in all  types of Sports!

Some hardworking man and woman who had contributed to put our flag on the World Map before just disappeared without any trace 😭

Someone has got that right ✅

Young men who went to school in the early times went on to become important people.   Kulkane man, Ignatius Kilage, was the first man from the highlands to be ordained a priest in 1968 and later he was to become one of the most distinguished statesmen in Papua New Guinea. As the day of his ordination approached, Ignatius especially chose the date December 17th 1968 in memory of the burial date of Father Karl Morschheuser.
