Honourable Sir Julius Chan, GCL, GCMG, KBE, PC and Governor, New Ireland Province and Former Prime Minister Lady Stella Chan, Vanessa, Byron, Mark and Toea and your extended family Thank you for giving us the opportunity to pay our respects to this Great Leader of our country and our people.   Sir Julius as known to all of us, was a man amongst men. A leader of leaders and a statesman who dedicated his entire adult life contributing enormously to nation building.   As one of the founding fathers, Sir Julius served his country and people well. A service to his community and his stance on good governance are his public legacy. Richard Maru, MP Kumbuhun Welcomes New Road The people of Kumbuhun 1, 2 and 3 in the Yangoru-Saussia District of East Sepik Province celebrated the opening of a new road on Tuesday after 48 years of walking through the bushes to access basic services. The local MP and Minister for International Trade and Investment, Hon. Richard Maru officially opened this new 35km road which cost the Yangoru-Saussia District Development Authority (DDA) almost K400, 000 to complete.  “The last time I came to Kumbuhun 2, I arrived in a helicopter because there was no road. I promised the people of Kumbun 2 and 3 that day that I would return in a vehicle. Not a rumor anymore.  Nathan Cleary and Mary Fowler confirm they're a couple with a VERY romantic display as Matildas ace rests her head on footy superstar's shirtless chest. Mary Fowler left the team's hotel on Wednesday morning, grabbed a coffee and met up with Cleary, who flew into the city to support her as she starred in Australia's big win over the Philippines on Sunday. They could be seen laying together in the middle of an open park by the water - laughing, hugging, chatting, and drinking from the same water bottle. At one point, Cleary took his shirt off and Fowler lay on his chest.
